I'm writing this review on behalf of my daughter. I bought these gloves for her because she has Raynaud's. Boy, my daughter is very happy with the gloves keeping her fingers and hands warm. I charged up the batteries before I brought the gloves to her. My daughter has gone to the grocery store a few times now. The walk is about 15 min one way. No issues and her hands have kept warm. I believe she has been using the gloves on the medium setting. The gloves appeared to be well made. Worked out well for my daughter.

Great product so far with a few minor issues
Received the gloves in good time. Had the opportunity to test them out several times in -22c weather walking the dogs and throwing snowballs for them. Kept fingers pretty nice and warm on the medium setting with just a little cooling on the very tips of the fingers. On the high setting I would like to say my hands started to sweat a little. Battery life as expected (use them for 2 days before needing a charge, probably three hours use, and even then they were not fully discharged (probably about 1/2 way). Batteries feel a little home made, just the way the charging socket feels 'taped' on. Easy to not get the charging plug in the actual socket if not paying attention! Overall, very happy but a little concerned as to how to clean the gloves once they do inevitably get dirty, since the instructions say to wipe them down but not wash them. Also, no luck using the screen on my phone with them on, but I'm not someone who is glued to my phone all the time, so not really bothered!
