J'ai eux un probleme avec mes batterie elle ne tenais pas plus de 5 heure meme au minimum.jai été voir SPORT EXPERT ANJOU ou j'avais acheter le produit î non jamais voulue faire quoi que ce sois pour m'aider me renvoyais a la compagnie et me disais de prendre la garantie de 1 ans..Je contacte donc heat up eux me demande la facture que je leur fournie.
Après vérification ma facture est bonne et SPORT EXPERT ANJOU DOIS SOIS ME REMPLACER LE PRODUIT OU FAIRE QUE LA GARANTIE SOIS RESPECTER.

Won't charge
Purchased these in December as a gift, followed the instructions and drained battery before fully charging. Plugged them in, they won't even charge. Emailed them in January and called the company. Terrible customer service. Still no response. Buyer beware.
